Persimmon Apricot Smoothie

 

2 persimmons – cut off tops

4 dried black mission figs, soaked

2 dried apricots, soaked

Blend with soak water and add more water as needed and serve. You can also add some greens, spinach, romaine lettuce, celery, etc if you wish to make a green smoothie.
