I have tried different approaches to incorporating raw foods into my life.  Including eating lots of greens and making lots of raw food dishes that were like the cooked food I used to eat.  I ate smoothies with green powders and I ate super foods.  None of these diets worked for me.  One did not have enough calories and the other had too many calories and too much fat.  The green powders and super foods were expensive.

I have found a simple program for eating that I want to share with you.

I believe in eating whole, ripe, raw, fresh fruits and vegetables to achieve optimum nutrition and optimum health.  I have found that a raw food diet along with adequate sleep, clean air and water, exercise, emotional balance, sunlight and nurturing relationships has transformed my life.
