The five-week coaching program will consist of:

  • A one-hour initial call to determine where you are at and what your goals are for the five weeks.
  • A half hour weekly individual call.  We will talk about your progress and challenges.
  • A one-hour weekly group call to give you information and tips on how to maintain your raw food diet in a cooked food world.
