This class covers the basics of raw foods:
∞ Tips for shopping, attending events and eating out.
∞ What are the benefits of eating raw foods.
∞ What kitchen appliances you need and how to use them.
∞ Food Demonstrations, how to prepare meals that look good and taste great.
∞ Taste all of the dishes that are prepared.
∞ Q&A and discussion.
In this class you will learn:
∞ How to create simple low-fat delicious meals – breakfast, lunch and a 3 course dinner.
∞ The benefits of:
- green smoothies
- a low-fat diet
